Camp Coldbrook is pet-friendly!
We welcome you and your trusty companions to visit us! Our pet rules are listed below:
Camp Coldbrook requires a three-night minimum stay when reserving during a holiday period.
Check-in for Chalet: 4:00 PM
Check-in for RV & tent sites: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
All reservations booked through our website automatically include our Assurance Cancellation Protection. For arrivals within three (3) days, please contact us at 978-355-2090. If you need to cancel 48 hours or more before your stay, please contact us to receive a refund minus $30.00 or to move to another date. Cancellations within 48 hours of your stay will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
If you decline the Assurance Cancellation Protection, you are able to change your dates through the following camping season one time, minus a $50.00 fee if you request the change at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Holiday/Special Event Cancellation Policy: If you cancel ten (10) or more days prior to your arrival date before a holiday or special event, you may move your reservation to another time during the current camping season. The value of the reservation will be determined on a nightly basis only. There are no refunds for holiday/special event reservations. Holiday/special event cancellations of less than ten (10) days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid without the ability to reschedule. (If you have the Assurance Cancellation Protection on your reservation.
If you decline the Assurance Cancellation Protection for a holiday or special event, in the event of cancellation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
