Is Camp Coldbrook pet-friendly?

Camp Coldbrook is pet-friendly!

We welcome you and your trusty companions to visit us! Our pet rules are listed below:

  • Proof of rabies/distemper vaccinations and any necessary paperwork to show shot history should be provided upon check in.
  • There is a limit of two (2) pets per campsite, and no livestock or exotic animals are allowed.
  • Visiting guests are not permitted to bring pets into the park.
  • All pets must be leashed at all times on leashes no longer than six (6) feet, and be under control of the owner at all times. When leaving your site, please be sure pets are secured in your camping unit.
  • Do not tie pets up or leave them unattended outside; absolutely no dog pens are permitted.
  • Please dispose of pet droppings immediately.
  • Pets are not permitted in any public buildings or in the pool area.
  • Pets that are deemed a nuisance may be asked to leave the park.
  • Camp Coldbrook shall be held harmless no liability, implied or otherwise, for animal bites or injuries.

    • Memorial Day – May 21 – May 27, 2025
    • 4th of July – July 2 – July 8, 2025
    • Labor Day – August 27 – September 2, 2025

Camp Coldbrook requires a three-night minimum stay when reserving during a holiday period.

Reservation Policy
  • All Guests and Visitors must comply with all Park Rules.
  • Admission to the Resort is at the visitor’s own risk. The resort will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by a visitor while on the premises. The resort may provide assistance; however, such an act is not an admission of liability.
  • Visitors agree not to use photographs or recordings (or reproduction thereof) taken during the visit for commercial purposes. The resort may photograph or record any visitor for any purpose without prior approval or compensation.
  • The base rate includes up to two (2) adults and two (2) minor children on the site. There is an additional charge for day visitors and additional overnight guests on the site.
  • There are no refunds for weather or early departure.
  • Please read site comments for more details regarding certain site amenities.
  • We are available by phone, at 978-355-2090, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Two (2) vehicles are included in the site fee (camping unit and one (1) car). All cars must have a car tag. Extra vehicles will be charged for the additional tag.
  • One (1) camping unit per site, unless a group is set up directly with the resort.
  • We require guests to be at least 21 years of age to book reservations and to be present during their stay.
  • Children 16 and under require adult supervision at all times while on the property. Pets are welcome. They are not allowed in any buildings, and when outdoors, must be kept on leash and picked up after.
  • Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
  • Fighting and unruly behavior are not permitted on the property.
  • Check in time is 2:00 PM for RV & tent sites & 4:00 PM for Lodging. Check out is 11:00 AM.
  • Management reserves the right to amend and enforce rules as needed.
  • Charges will appear on your statement as Camp Coldbrook.
  • NOTE: If you are interested in an early or late check-in, please call to confirm availability.
  • Our office hours are Sun-Thurs 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Fri-Sat 9:00 AM-8:00 PM. This is subject to change seasonally.
Check-In + Check-Out

Check-in for Chalet: 4:00 PM

Check-in for RV & tent sites: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • All campers, guests, and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.
  • If a campsite is available, campers may choose an early check-in/late check-out for an additional $20.
  • Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your campsite is available upon request.
  • To extend your stay, notify the office by 10:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy

All reservations booked through our website automatically include our Assurance Cancellation Protection. For arrivals within three (3) days, please contact us at 978-355-2090. If you need to cancel 48 hours or more before your stay, please contact us to receive a refund minus $30.00 or to move to another date. Cancellations within 48 hours of your stay will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you decline the Assurance Cancellation Protection, you are able to change your dates through the following camping season one time, minus a $50.00 fee if you request the change at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Holiday/Special Event Cancellation Policy: If you cancel ten (10) or more days prior to your arrival date before a holiday or special event, you may move your reservation to another time during the current camping season. The value of the reservation will be determined on a nightly basis only. There are no refunds for holiday/special event reservations. Holiday/special event cancellations of less than ten (10) days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid without the ability to reschedule. (If you have the Assurance Cancellation Protection on your reservation.

If you decline the Assurance Cancellation Protection for a holiday or special event, in the event of cancellation will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
